CANCELLATION POLICY

* Appointments rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance may transfer the deposit to one future appointment. * Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a deposit refund. Deposits are non-refundable. * Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit. * Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the total booked service. * No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booked service.
